I remember this one glitch in the golden cartridge version of Ocarina of Time where you could use bombs and the megaton hammer on Epona, along with other things such as controlling her without Link on the saddle. But it wasn't in any of the other versions.

Super Mario Bros. 3 also got a re-release due to some grammerical errors.
