I got the CD free when I bought Jet Grind Radio.
So, any suggestions as to where I can download the OST?
Man, I remember that stupid thing. I was so disappointed when my "free soundtrack CD" wound up having that crap on it instead of any of the original music.
I'm not sure where a good place to download the Japanese OST is... I actually own a real copy. But even the OST only has about half of the songs that were in the game. Most of the lisenced stuff, like the Guitar Vader songs, are MIA.
As far as shocking revelations go, today I discovered that "Deep Throat" is not just a character on Metal Gear Solid but actually a very real person. This should have been obvious to me though considering how Snake and Colonel talk about the Watergate incident.
Just a couple of days ago, someone asked me if I could burn the Internet onto a CD for them. After talking to them for awhile, I realized they thought the Internet was created by AOL and run by Microsoft.
This is a little better than the person who asked me how many times her bank would lose her info and e-mail her asking for it.
I remember asking a guy if he would like me to burn a cd for him to which his reply was "You aren't putting any of my CDs in a fire, you'll fucking ruin them!"
This was followed for a double whammy after I explained it would make a CD and not destroy it when he asked "Where does the fire come out of on the computer?"
Teacher: "What does R.A.F. stand for?"
Student: "Franklin Roosevelt!"
Same class:
Teacher: "Does anyone know the name of the forces we fought against in the Vietnam War?"
Same student: "Japan!"
It was also really funny cause that girl was damn-sure that she was right.
Oh yeah, and this little nugget of intelligence from my Computer class Senior year:
Student:" What language do they speak in South Korea?"
Teacher: *stares in disgust* "Well... What language do Korean people speak?
Student: "Oh! Chinese!"
Please. Some people in my high school didn't know how to read, let alone speak proper English...and this doesn't include the many Spanish speakers in my area...
