Hahaha. 'Yujinaka Amber'. You know that kid's going to catch hell in school for having a name like that. Maybe they can get it legally changed years down the road.

Also, somewhat similar to the case of a woman naming her kid 'Sephiroth Tidus W'.

Poor, poor child is going to be raised by a clinically insane mother.

*slaps forehead* Ooooh...man where's a shotgun when you need one? Matter of fact, what's her father got to say in all this!? This is when somebody has to put their foot down and say 'fuck-to-the-NO I won't stand for this'!

Urgh...yeah, remind me why I stuck with Sonic all these years? I'm having a blank... -_-;

Great, now that kid's gonna be asked by her peers why her mother named her a boy's name, among other questions that'll probably scar her for life.

I think it might be ok to name a kid miles but c'mon yujinaka? and it's a girl, right? that makes it even worse.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. I remember reading somewhere that true Sonic fans eat their young, so there's a good chance she won't live long enough to understand how unfortunate she is.

The name Yujinaka actually sounds more like a girl's name to me, as long as you don't have a thick Japanese accent to go with it. To the untrained tongue, I can imagine someone pronouncing it like a combination of Eugene and Monica, u-jin-ika. I just figured out Eugenica is a real word in some foreign language. Kinda like Maruko and Marco, I guess, since Maruko sounds like a girl's name and Marco sounds like a boy's name.

Of course, in the end, it's still sad. If I had a daughter, I'd name her Malicia.

Well actually no I wouldn't

Seeing this makes me glad that most people aren't fans of things like Sonic. They don't have to put up with this shit.

I thought I had a crap day, then I read this thread and I knew it was a crap day. Seriously, "what the fuck?" doesn't encapsulate it.

If I read the thread right, he was treating her like nothing more than his personal whore, and thus probably couldn't care less.

Now there's a person who will always have a topic for conversation.

"Did you know my mom was a dumbfuck?"

Damn. I actually downloaded stuff from her torrent site. I feel dirty now.

Do you think Yujinaka Amber will be humping Ferraris when she is older? No but seriously, her mom is extra special for naming her daughter after an uncaring Japanese man.

Very true about catching hell. Sometimes it's hard to imagine what (if anything) goes through people's heads. Perhaps the mom wasn't just a rabid fan, but also hated her baby.

OK am I the only one here who finds that this has suddenly taken a sharp turn from mocking laughter to full blown creepy-wtf-scary?

Seriously this girl sounds like a prime case for the rubber room. Something about that link made all my internal bells and whistles start screaming and hooting foul all at once and quite frankly gave me the shivers.

The girl ain't right... XD
