I also enjoy Psychobob2's research, but I'm not sure a message board is the best format to use to display it.

Psychobob2, have you considered turning your research into a website? You could host all the linked files in one place and divide the information into separate web pages, which would make it easier to read.

If you don't have any webspace, try contacting the webmasters of the larger Sonic websites. They are often quite willing to give space for research projects that are interesting and informative.

Yes I did think about putting this stuff on the web, but the problem is a lack the skill to do so.

Eventually, when I have a bought a good computer with a good amount of disk space, and a quality digital camera, I plan to create a website aimed at Sonic collectors.

There was I time when I had hope to do it quite quickly, but that required a community wide operating, whereby people photographed what they had on the list.

So once I’ve got to grips with the internet computer ‘Stuff’ then I’ll give it a go.

I'm glad people find the list interesting; collecting is an often neglected side of the fandom, which I hope to eventually change.

Oh, and here's something I think members of this MB might be intrested to see:

If you're going to include demos then I can dig out my old Sega Flash discs (1 and 2 came packed in with Sega Saturn consoles, which one you got depended on when you bought it, 3 onwards came out on no fixed schedule with the UK's Official Sega Saturn Magazine, I think there were 7 in total).
I tend only to include demos that come from SEGA, not thorough magazines. I still count prototypes, so if you know anywhere that has pictures of the Sonic Adventure 2 GD-R, and then let me know.

Thanks.
I'm pretty sure Sonic Heroes PC was released in places other than Australia, but I'm not sure how many.
Well, the ones I know of are:

Sonic Heroes PC Australian
Sonic Heroes PC European
Sonic Heroes PC North American
Sonic Heroes PC Asian (not japanese)

The demos VCP mentioned were actually produced by Sega Europe and were included with the Saturn console to showcase the latest games to new customers. The discs then appeared on the official Sega Saturn Magazine to allow people to obtain them without having to buy a new Saturn.

The same applies to the Dreamcast 'Dream On' discs that were distributed with Official Dreamcast Magazine.
