I wonder if they'll make the final version less gay?
I think that's pretty doubtful, considering the recent trends of the entertainment industry. Am I the only one who thinks that the American entertainment industry has just been getting shittier and shittier recently? Because it just seems like nothing good gets pumped out anymore. And people wonder why the majority of the movies I've watched in the past few months have been Japanese in origin, most of which have the word Godzilla in the title, but a few that don't, like Mononoke Hime (Princess Mononoke), which has got to be one of the best animated motion pictures of all time.

Many people feel that American television is declining. I haven't watched TV at all in months and the last time I remember watching TV each week was during the TGIF block in the 90s. Television is crumbling and it was predicted years ago that television would die out and that computers would replace all forms or at least most forms of media and entertainment. Companies have been trying to intertwine or merge the two together with devices like web TV and digital recording, but computers and now video games are taking over. Videogames already earn more revenue each year then movies do and with so many new companies trying to enter into the market now it looks like videogames will soon crash, as it is flooded with Grand Theft Auto rip offs. All in all everything is slowly falling a part. Even Yuji Naka admitted that things nowadays are worse then previous. So really if things don't pick up soon there is really no hope to salvage the entertain industry as a whole. Even Toonami, which broke much ground in the past, is now stale, boring, and bland. So overall now Americans are trying to use things from other cultures i.e. Japan and may perhaps destroy much of what we love in the process. They "the companies" only do what can earn them money in the short term destroying any long term chances at success and in the end we wind up paying the dreaded price. 3D animation will flood the market, crappier videogames will ruin gaming, and anime rip offs will disgrace both American and Japanese animation. Movies may just die out for a while. Hollywood has been doing a lot of rehashes lately. Terminator 3 or Aliens verses Predator. Then again the film industry has survived worse so they many bounce back in time.
