Class Action Lawsuit against GameStop

James Collins et al. v. GameStop Corp. et al.

Basically, GameStop is being sued for selling used games that offer free DLC that is no longer available for free because it was redeemed by the original owner.

Sure, it's not news that someone in California is suing someone else. But it is gratifying to see GameStop harassed by California lawyers.
