Re: A "Hot Shelter" in more ways than one

On another note, on all the Game Gear ports, they deleted "Zone" from the name of every stage. Like it was a bad word or something. Enjoy playing in the "Marble". Erm, what? The Game Gear games aren't 'ports', they're emulated. Shoddily emulated, at that. The games are completely identical (save fo...

It troubles me that it seems they didn't actually play through the classics, but were rather shown the level maps for the stages. While it does infact help, looking at a picture isn't the same as playing a game.

This is a very professional and shiny interview; props to you, big_smile.

Re: My favorite martian

I don't want to call it my favorite, but if there's any one episode that sticks in my head as a perfect example of the series in general, it's the Ryoko Christmas tree episode. That's vintage Lum running on all cylinders all the way through. Same here. Either that or the matsutake party at Tomobiki...

Sonic's so tall! I mean, look at him! He's so tall! I wouldn't be so upset, but I mean, look at him! He's so damn tall! His proportions totally baffle me! I mean, he's huge! He's so tall! Why is he so tall? He's so tall! He looks like a man in a suit! He's so tall! Why is he so tall? I mean, he's hu...

I'm not sure I follow your take on Last Exile. One of the very first things that happens is a big action battle set-piece. It starts halfway through the first episode and extends through the all of the second. Are you sure you saw it from the beginning? Did I watch it from the beginning? Yes. Was t...

I generally don't read topics about anime, since I'm not really a fan of the whole massive heartwrenching stories that works considered notable proemminently disclose, I'm more fond of the small, comical stories demonstrated by anime such as Urusei Yatsura and the like. However, G.Silver's post spar...

You suggested that SegaSonic would accuse 4Kids for rushing this game and allowing shitty gameplay. He didn't mention 4Kids at all in that post you responded to, thus why bring up 4Kids at all yourself? It was a pathetic troll attempt to piss off someone well known for their dislike of 4Kids. Knock...

Just skimmed through the Sonic 1 (16-bit) page and noticed two little tidbits -- you state that Beetons always come from the right, when this is not true, especially in the elevator rooms in Spring Yard: they come at you from both sides at the same time; and that the mines in the Star Light teeter-t...

I just noticed, upon a second view of the video, that the HP bar enemy loses half his health per hit. This is not necessarily bad, as it is not the first time before Sonic Heroes that an enemy needed two hits in order to die. The snowmen enemies in Sonic Adventure's Ice Cap come to mind.

It seems that for whatever reason, "His World", the main theme to the game, was removed from the official website. The file itself can still be accessed here and has been mirrored by myself here.
