Re: GHZ Museum/Encyclopedia fact checking & ect. thread

The forum is a lot faster now too; even faster than before the problem. What a pleasant, unexpected side effect.

Not sure what the deal was with that problem, but I did a clean update and it seems to be fine now. HOORAY.

Re: Usama Bin Landen Dead Fox News Confrims

Who fucking gives a God damn shit about a news entity making a typo. People love pointing out Fox News's error to reinforce their own bias and then conveniently forget that MSNBC, CNN, BBC and several other places made the same mistake at various points last night. People make mistakes. Shut the fuc...

Re: Phantasy Star Online 2

I've loved every single PSO/PSU game, so I'm quite excited for this. I'm sure I'll like it even if it's not amazing... Nostalgia is a strong influence, and the series never sank as low as poor ol' Sonic. I wish I'd screencapped the hours put into my characters in all the various games over the years...

Re: Sonic Generations

This looks like the game Sonic 4 should have been. That's about as positive as I'll get until I've played it

The whole premise is retarded, though, and keeping "Modern" Sonic and his playstyle makes it seem like Sega is still not ready to go all in on this attempt.

Project Chaos is easily the best of the Sonic remix albums and nothing from the newest one really stood out to me.

Seriously? She looked downright ugly in the first one, and I wouldn't consider this one particularly attractive, either. She just finally looks human. 1) I never said I found her attractive. 2) Your level of attraction to a digital female is utterly irrelevant to what I was saying, which was a quan...

It's not the bust/clothes so much as it is the face for me. Chell in Portal 1 looked sorta plain-ish to me. This new one looks like one of those Victoria's Secret models.

Yes, there are a lot of reasons a person could not perceive the "3D" effects. Colorblindness, lack of binocular vision, lack of depth perception, lazy eye, etc.

Re: Barney! My Pebbles!

Sushi/sashimi is overrated and way too expensive. I only eat it once in a rare while and still feel hungry after spending like $50.

I'd totally try horse meat if I ever had an opportunity to eat it. Same goes for pretty much any other animal, too. Why the hell not. Meat is delicious.

You must be completely naive if you think this "limitation" precludes a smaller hardware revision.

Re: SCEI's NGP (PSP2)

I've never completed a 3D Zelda game (though I have gotten very close a few times with various games) and I still consider Link's Awakening to be the peak of the series. It didn't have too much extraneous bullshit to distract you and the chain of fetch trades was tied into the main quest, making it ...

Hey RR, why'd you decide to get a PS3 instead of a 360? Because he's a smart individual who makes well-informed decisions. Bayonetta is worse on the PS3, but it is not unplayable by any stretch. RDR is pretty much identical on both platforms and I had no issues playing through it on the PS3. Fallou...
