I haven't touched a console Sonic game since Heroes, and even then it was three years after the fact. I've successfully avoided the Sonic Cycle for the last ten years.

I dreamed the plot of Thor a couple years ago while I was sleeping in the loft of the printing studio I was interning at. I realized this halfway through the film and had wicked deja vu.

Button mashing was a great way of making me empathize with Snake in the microwave room in MGS4. That was a very powerful sequence. That's about the only time I can consider it having been used effectively.

Yeah, there's a significant amount of continuity between MGS3 and Peace Walker. Play in that order. You can play both without knowing anything about the other games, though there will be a lot of allusions that you'll miss.

That's exactly why it should be in! Same reason I chose Carnival Night and Metropolis, and same reason why I want Crazy Gadget (though I doubt they would go this far).
