Re: I am probably going to die

So apparently the hurricane will come around 10 PM and be at its most severe between midnight and 8 AM the next day, where the eye of the storm passes. I'll probably be dead by the time you read this so I urge everyone at the GHZ to avenge my tragic and untimely death. I'm pretty sure it's the Vatic...

Re: I am probably going to die

I think it's because it has a format similar to Seinfeld. Also, Konata is a character that nearly any nerd can relate to or find funny. A main source of humor for the show is how she unhinges kagami by talking about her favorite shows and comics or acting them out. There's a certain easy-going charm...

Sorry speech dictation software can be faulty. Anyway I think I time for a few more confessions . Despite my love for the genre and family-ism for arc system Works and actually terrible at fighting games. Largely because of my refusal to play them online. After playing World of Warcraft for three ye...

I am probably going to die

As I write this hurricane Irene makes its way up the East Coast with malicious intent. I'm pretty sure this is all planned from the start since the eye of the storm goes straight through where I live. Anyway, unlike everything else is tried to murder me in the past, I'm pretty sure this storm will m...

Re: Sonic 4 Episode 2 Not to Come until 2012

Same here. I am confused as to how kids could make a excellent game like Street Fighter IV and a decent game like Sonic Advance and make something so lifeless.

You don't need to explain why you're making a Mecha. The fact that you're making what is the explanation itself.

Re: So I'm an ambassador now

I bought Shantae: Risky's Revenge at day one and it's everything I expect the team made Contra 4. I was thinking about getting Devil Survivor Overclock but I played about for the original version already. It might not matter since I'm a bit of a SMT fan boy. I bought persona three global for about t...

So I'm an ambassador now

Or at least that's what Nintendo tells me. I just got a 3DS but so far I'm only using it to play Mario land and some of my old DS stuff. Now obviously since I own a completely new system I'd like a new game to showcase it and convince me I didn't waste my money. Unfortunately this has forced me to r...

Re: Sonic Generations

Something about watching Sonic Generations gameplay makes me feel a little sad. Not because the game looks it's going to be another disaster, it just feels like something is missing. I'm not sure what is missing besides smoother controls. Generations has the most character I've seen from a sonic gam...

Re: PSP Remastered

For best effect I generally recommend playing the metal gear series in one of two orders; in order of release and in order of continuity. When organized by continuity the timeline is: Snake Eater > Portable Ops > Peace Walker > Metal Gear (MSX version only) > Metal Gear 2 > Metal Gear Solid > Sons o...

Re: PSP Remastered

Portable Ops is a crude and less refined version of Peace Walker. Also it's the script is boring and will not help you understand the rest of the Metal Gear Saga. In fact Peace Walker feels more like it's continuing up from Snake Eater than Portable Ops.

Re: PSP Remastered

I will pay any price for Peace Walker on PS3. Even my unborn bastard's soul. The only way I'm buying peace water again is if the QuickTime events and a certain mission the torture dungeon are removed. That scene where snake is being electrocuted and you have to press square at inhuman speed is the ...

Re: I can't think of a clever title about the Saturns contro

If I recall, the Sega made US the Saturn pads were manufactured in limited quantities in 2003. Street fighter IV caused a very high for any controller suitable to fighting games. I'm sure there are very few truly genuine Saturn controllers left. Also I'm aware of Madcatz' streetfighter fight pad and...

Re: I can't think of a clever title about the Saturns contro

I was referring to Joy-Box not Bliss-Box. It I actually found what appeared to be a genuine Sega Saturn USB controller it has the Sega logo on the front but not the SLS sticker on the back so it's probably not truly genuine. With the current popularity of fighting games you think Sega would be manuf...

I can't think of a clever title about the Saturns controller

I've been thinking of getting a USB enabled Sega Saturn controller for Sonic's 20th anniversary. I'm not interested in paying for three months to play Sega and that means looking on eBay for one. Any recommendations on what to look for? I've heard anything by retro link is absolute garbage.

Re: You'll start complaining in 3...2...1...

The graphics look way overdone, all the characters just meld into the background and foreground. The overgrown vines and waterfalls are especially bad. Even the sky is a similar shade of blue to sonic! Also the level is adorned with very ugly looking props and the musical arrangement is unimaginative.

It feels a little strange to see a younger miyamoto. I always thought of him as the happiest middle-aged men I've ever seen. has anyone seen for a photograph of him when he's not smiling? It's like his Cheshire cat or something.

Re: Hayao Miyazaki Compares iPad Use To Masturbation

Hayao Miyazaki Is it the ultimate grumpy old Japanese man. Are we really surprised that he said this? Out of all of his movies only Kiki's Delivery Service and Ponyo have televisions in them. In the first one a small boy watches cartoons for less than one minute of screen time and in the latter a te...
