The US ships have been gone for almost four years for DC. Maybe they meant Xbox and GCN?

I'll be honest. This title never had me fooled. After Heroes and Shadow, I really didn't see the series recovering any time soon, if at all. The original screenshots had good graphics but that wasn't anything special. Once the whole princess stuff and realistic-Eggman white-Shadow and Fire-Chaos wer...

The problem is that playing this one game costs more than the entire Xbox Live service and all the premium content downloads that I've purchased over the last two years (which admittingly isn't that much, just the maps for MA and Halo 2). That's pretty weak as far as I'm concerned, especially consid...

Yeah. A deeper wound is nastier than a longer wound. Besides it not like you are going to chop the guy in half with a slice. You might get your blade stuck under his arm or something though. And it's easier to pierce armor with a thrust than with a slice, though I guess in her case, armor is omitted...

I especially like the Link-esque, spin sword like a helicoptor rotor to hit multiple enemies attack. Even with a heavier blade, thrusting is going to do more damage than chopping or slashing. It's not an axe, nor is it a bludgeon. Poke people with it, like Temjin does!

Yeah the scaling looks okay to me. She is about one-head shy of two Sonics tall in both pictures.

Of course if Sonic is still exactly one meter tall (39 inches) that makes Elise around 5'8".

The heights and weights come from the Japanese (and U.S. in the case of Brady Game's Sonic Adventure) strategy guides and are backed up in Sonic X. One problem you might be running into though is that Sonic was not always one meter (100cm) tall. In Sonic CD, Metal Sonic is stated to be 765.4mm tall....

Double-S- wrote:Combat isn't fun for you because you suck. Your "press punch repeatedly to win" argument is exactly equivalent to what people said for Shenmue.
That's exactly what I did in Shenmue. Sometimes that exactly what I do in Halo 2.

That floating bit looks like the connection point for the four legs. Each of those balls looks like a hip joint.

That looks like the Egg Walker boss that Tails does fight. I can see the rocket packs and those "legs" look very similar or at least the feet do. It is missing two of them though. Maybe there was a cutscene where the walker climbs out of the missile or something.

So did we already discuss the new Casino Royale trailer?

I didn't see any posts about this, but I haven't been paying much attention around here as of late. http://movies.aol.com/casino-royale-james-bond/exclusive-video-features/trailer-premiere So I don't know. Some people think this is the end of the world and everybody else thinks it's the greatest thi...

It's easier to just do the Sonic 2 level select, pull out the Sonic 2 cart, stick in the Sonic 3 cart and reset the Genesis.

And I liked Spiderman better than the second one mostly because it had the tired "super hero gives up being a super hero so he can have a normal life subplot." If I wanted to see that crap I would watch Batman Forever. Why not watch Superman II instead? It was a better movie and it had Zod! http://...

I guess what I'm saying is this Popcorn: You're arguing with your belief assuming that it is right. I argue my belief assuming it may or may not be right. Just a difference in style I guess. You're style bugs me sometimes (and not just because you're on the other side) probably because I wish I coul...

I would tend to agree with you except that Wolverine was the only interesting character in the series and the one they focused the most on anyways. An X-Men movie is a tough sell anyway considering you have two hours to tell the stories of a dozen heroes and villians. And I liked Spiderman better th...

You know what bugs me? When the atheist says there is no evidence. There is evidence. It might not be enough evidence for you and it might not be convincing enough for you, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. There are philisophical and historical arguments for Christianity and I'm not going to ...
