I'm unsure about the amount of rings, if it's still collecting 100 rings to get a 1up, then that would mean getting 30 lives along with an S rank.
Has the count gone up to 1000 per life or has the rings = extra lives concept been scrapped?

If Knuckles had his own spin off game then I'd like to see a super form, but maybe powered by the Master Emerald instead of the Chaos Emeralds.
Still, Knuckles in SA2 was pretty awesome, I play his and Rouge's levels more than Sonic/Shadows.

That's my only problem with the panel, Tails looks about 80 years old.

I like his art style, however the evil Super Sonic concept seems odd. To back up CP's point, it's much better to have an unstable element to someone like Supersonic, rather than having him come along and kick someones ass at any old time. I miss those comics, they had some great storylines. I remember Supersonic and Knuckles vs Mecha Sonic pretty clearly.
The whole story arc concerning S3&K was pretty kickass, then they got shit artists in and the stories got so stupid.
