The demo is out for PSN and Xbox Live tomorrow.

I guess we'll start to get a rough idea how good/bad/terrible it is.

It seems the Japanese versions of Sonic Generations have some slightly strange subtitles.

The 3DS version will be subtitled "Blue Adventure" and the 360/PS3 versions will be subtitled "White Time and Space".

The first trailer for Shinobi 3DS is out. It leaves me with mixed feelings. Parts of the gameplay looked like a throwback to the classic games but it also looked a bit bland. I just knew the rumor that the next Mario & Sonic game wouldn't be Olympic themed was too good to be true. Given the sales for the last few games I can't say I'm at all surprised but will there really be much difference between this and the first Mario & Sonic?

Sonic's voice sounded odd in that clip but I think it's just a bit jarring hearing him with a deeper voice all of a sudden.

Also, it may not be the version of the game anyone cares about but you can currently download a demo of the DS version of Sonic Colours from the euro Wii Nintendo Channel.

That sounds pretty lame if it is true but at the same time I wouldn't blame them. There have been 2 videos of fan remakes of classic games recently that provoked a "OMG Sega should be doing this rather than Sonic 4" type reaction so if they have decided to go route now then fair play to them.

So it seems Microsoft have revealed that Sonic 4: Episode 1 is out on 13th October.

I'll probably give the trial version a try at least. Not sure if the full game will be worth it.

Most notable thing is that it's a co-op mode. Sounds a bit crap but I suppose they could surprise us.

Street Fighter X Tekken announced.

Hard to get excited with a trailer that doesn't have any gameplay but I've never really cared much for the Tekken series which is probably part of the reason why I feel apathetic.

First gameplay footage.

No where near enough to properly judge it though. Don't know why but it kind of reminds me of Sonic Heroes which probably isn't a good sign.

From what I've read this is the DX version with the Dreamcast title screen and menus and the extra stuff removed and being charged as extra DLC instead.

Still, I'm not that interested mostly because I've never thought Sonic Adventure was particularly good.

I have to admit the concept for that game sounds pretty cool. I think I'm just glad to see a Sonic game that's not taking itself so seriously for once. Still, it's the gameplay that's going to matter at the end of the day.

did you watch the same film I did? I thought it was a disappointment. It wasn't exactly a bad film but I think without Robert Downey Jr it probably would have ended up being quite dull.
