Okay, so having played all three, I've gotta say that Sneak King is pretty lenghty and fun for a $4 game (although kinda repetitive), but I think PocketBike Racer delivers the most here. I was actually just thinking about that myself. So far it seems that Sonic Mobile is actually more accurate to the original than this (given you have a semi-powerful phone), including the audio, physics and graphics.

It plays flawlessly for me. It's suprisingly fairly easy to control with just a keyboard.

Also, the data folder contains a bunch of music and other stuff from the game that isn't used in the demo.

This is probably the exact same thing you did but.. Sonic is supposedly 100cm tall (3.3 ft). Based off of Sonic's default standing sprite in Sonic 2, Sonic is 39 pixels tall. 100/39 is 2.564102.
