Good thing I never bought Marvel vs. Capcom 3 the first time around then. Despite all the shit that's happened with Capcom recently, I do want to eventually get this game.

It and its sequel The Cat Returns are loosely connected (both are based on manga from the same woman), but Whisper of the Heart is way more down-to-Earth. I point this out to you as I know you didn't like The Cat Returns.

Been trying (the word trying) to beat Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. Keep dying and re-tracing my steps over and over, getting a little closer each time.

Whisper of the Heart is great aside from the ending. Hayao Miyazaki wrote it himself, if it helps interest you more.

Playing Grandia 2, which crashed barely 6 hours in on me. Nice to know the tradition of abrupt, annoying crashing that I saw in my play of the PS1 port of Grandia lives on in its sequel. It really isn't as good as the original, but still okay.
