Actually, does fag refer to any cigarette or to butt-ends only? Any chance at all of avoiding the obvious puns? It's a legitimate query.

If anything is art, then everything is art. Good thing that stuff defined as art can still suck outright and be worth avoiding. I don't like censorship, but I very much like it when people who try to test the limits of common sense end up getting their arses chewed off. Good riddance to a crappy vid...

Why is it that companies that focus on making money inevitably end up making considerably less money than those that focus on quality?

It are a mystery.

Wasn't that great?

Re: If Nintendo owned Sonic and Co.

That'd be outright confessing to having zero ability to make and release a decent product on their own terms. Between Shadow the Hedgehog, Sonic The Hedgehog 2006 and Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis, it'd be outright denial to say that confession hasn't already happened. Regardless of crappy management ...

I like the nice and simple balance of story in Sonic Adventure. Of course, I didn't touch any of the other character stories until playing all the way through with Sonic, but for his sake it was nice and relaxed and simple all the way through. First a classic fetch quest for Chaos Emeralds against E...

I'd be happy to see the grinding mechanic done away with completely. Failing that, I'd be moderately satisfied to see those converyor belt pad things that hurl you across chasms removed. Both mean a lot less actual level to play. Granted, the levels are getting too dang long by Sonic Y2K6, but it wo...

How close was the Death Egg to the Earth? If it was close enough to still be in the atmosphere, then maybe that's how Sonic was able to breathe up there when entering and exiting it. It helps to actually know something about real life physics if you want to include it as an argument. Sonic can brea...

In a million years there will probably be little to no trace left that the human race ever existed.

I rather like the realistic style. The charm of the old games was the delightfully fluid gameplay, not the graphics. I could like a bit more cartoony than what they got in the next-gen game, though, as long as they don't go back to the balloon-headed style of Sonic Heroes. Doing away with the overly...

I wanted to make sure you'd feel comfortable with me.

I know the manly approach is to leap straight to conclusions from day one, but I'm gonna take the pinko commie approach and wait until there's some actual gameplay info to digest before making up my mind about this game.

Further new content released. Boss rushes for each of the three characters. It pretty much fits the standard set by the first two download packages. Not very good, no.

The rolling thing is certainly relevant, but the main problem with the current brand of gameplay, to me, will always be the constant sprint further and further away from the pick-up-and-play ease of controls and gameplay that you had with the first titles. My five-year old nephew - who a couple of m...
