It's a game more tailed to western audiences. Maybe that as something to do with it. Maybe Sega know the Japanese will hate the idea of a 'Sonic' game with guns and won't be fobbed off with such a crappy game. After all that I'm waiting for STH to be number 1 in the game charts tomorrow  It's ...

Shadow and Rush, Opinions and General Bitching
So the two 'big' Sonic games this year have been released and I wondered if anyone has picked them up and more importantly what people think of them after playing. I got them both today, a day early no less and it's half good news, half bad. First the blindingly obvious out of the way; Shadow isn't ...

Someone pointed out the grinding was better in SA2 when you couldn't fall to your doom. Funny that one of the better levels in Sonic Heroes would be Rail Canyon ^_^ The thign with Shadow is we've always known since the first glimpse the sort of game we were going to get. It's actually had a few good...

Back in my youth I took Dr. Ivo Robotnik as his full name and the whole Kintobor thing, even the story of how Sonic turned blue as canon. It was in books I read, comics (The UK's STC), TV... Even now after all those years of conditioning I can't get my head around the fact that none of it is actuall...

The levels are looking pretty awsome from the new Gamespot pics and vids. It's not just how they are set but the backgrounds are awe inspiring. I'm actually excited. The boss battles are looking nice and 2 Eggmans (Eggmen?) in one game can only be a plus. I'm not sure if I like the Blaze character b...

To be fair, in the previews I've read the graphics don't seem to be anything super but looking at them they aren't the worst I've seen on the current gen and are on par with, or better than the graphics in heroes which were okay. It seems to play like I imagined it but like Professor Machenstein sai...

There are some new previews, movies and pictures kicking about for those who are interested. Apparently the cut scenes are a good plus and the story is shaping up to be one of the stronger aspects of the game. The graphics however are a bit of a let down and we all know what the gameplay is going to...

There's no doubt it in my mind, Sonic Adventure was more the Sonic game I'd been waiting for than SA2, thought SA2 still did an awful lot of things right. I think I like the storyline especially because it delves into Eggman’s story a bit more. He was a main character and two family members w...

I can only guess at the moment Owen Axel, but from what I've heard I think that'll be the case. At the very least it won't be Blaze powering through the same levels as Sonic like the other Advance games. What was the PC Sonic 3D special stage like? Personally the Saturn one was my favourite iteration.
