Re: "Sonic Chronicles" trademarked by Sega
Supposedly, she's very accurate. I'm still confused on HOW though. It's hard to believe that one person has THAT much info on every developer under the sun. But apparently a lot of things she says end up being true so.... She even came up with screenshots that showed Link and Samus originally going ...

Re: GHZ Mega Collection (+)
I've been online since 93 or 94 and hanging around the Sonic fandom ever since. Didn't stumble across this place for awhile though. If I recall correctly there was a graphic of Bill Clinton being chased by Amy Rose who was calling him a perv on the front page when I did. So 97-98? I don't think it ...

The opening cutscene has also been revealed.

The CG animation is great (as usual), and the action that goes on is pretty damn cool if you ask me! Definitely one of the best Sonic cutscenes.

I always pronounced it "REEL-AH". Yeah, I always went with "real-ah" too. Of course, it could just be that SEGA guy mispronouncing it. Here's something embarrasing....I didn't know how to pronounce "echidna" correctly until I first heard Rouge say the word in SA2. I had always thought it was "ee-ch...

This might be a dumb question, but how do you pronounce "Reala"? I always thought it was pronounced "REAL-a" but some guy advertising the game in the video below pronounces it "re-ALLA"....around 3:11 into the video.

On a lighter note, for those of you who can't experience the hilarity or who went through with the Japanese audio, there's a line in Shadow's episode where they included two takes! The actor gets the line wrong, mutters the part he got wrong, then says the line again. THAT'S how unfinished i...

Actually, he kinda looks more like a Looney Tunes character to me. I guess because he doesn't have that overly friendly look in his face compared to Disney characters. I'm speaking of the mid-late 40's of course, when the Looney Tunes gained their "final true design" http://img470.imageshack.us/img4...

It is so simple, Sonic is one of those old 90's anime character. with awesome 80's pop, jazz and electronic type music and way of movement and actions. Sonic looks nothing like an "anime" character. Infact....wasn't he designed to be reminiscent of an American style character? That was their whole ...

And his facial animation in general is really varied and expressive. I love that shot of him near the end of the trailer where he does the traditional finger wag and smirk on the black background. Just watching all the parts of his face shift as he "forms" the expression... it's very nice looking f...

I still don't see how you think it's poorly animated. Everything is so fluid. Only awkward thing I can find is that his mouth is in the center, and even then, it's not THAT awkward.
You're saying Nintendo doesn't milk their franchises to an insane degree?Sammybeany wrote: Maybe more like sell out. :|

the so-called "attitude" is annoying and harkens back to how throughly Sonic has been butchered by Sega of America over the years ("Sonic's the name, speed's my game?" More like "GOTTA SLYDE, CLYDE." nnnnghghg I want to vomit.) I think I'm the only one in the world that likes those cheesy catchphra...

To all the people complaining about how crappy the game is: I haven't played the first Rivals to see for myself....but the the reviews were somewhat decent. Complaints were mostly about length and lack of variety. Most people wanted it to be a regular platformer right? Well, now they added a "Free M...

There was another artist that did semi-real superhero art, I forgot his name, but he's a really good artist too. You might be talking about Alex Ross: http://www.alexrossart.com/galleries/superman/full/superman05.jpg Ross's art IMO is the only comic art that actually looks realistic. Realistic enou...

....the hell? The blonde girl's eyes are on her forehead. Heh, the tan girl pleads "Don't laugh!" Ironincally that's what I did when I saw that image. It's as if they know they're poorly drawn. I never really read Marvel comics anyway. I always liked DC superheroes much better. Bruce Timm, to me, wi...
