Back when I was a nipper, my mum and I wrote a letter to Sega to complain that the Megadrive version of Worms didn't have a save function. We got a charming, personal reply and free copies of The Lion King and Streets of Rage 2 (which the letter bizarrely described as being like 'a 3D version of Wor...

Isuka, myself and a couple of the guys at Sonic CulT are working on translating that CoroCoro manga. The really crappy one, that is! The finished chapters are here: http://ryoga.heypoorplayer.org/sonicmanga/ Sonic the Comic, when it was 'on form' --ie pretty much everything that wasn't a dodgy Lew S...

... Wow. I actually just looked it up, and Raw Danger is getting a UK release after all. I never would've seen that coming.
505 Game Street are a confusing company. How did they go from exclusively releasing titles like this to games that are actually quite respectable?

Disaster Report. Laggy and certainly not pretty but a damned impressive take at an earthquake simulator, with some excellent segments that involve you scrambling for your life. Great little title, and it doesn't cost much. Pick it up. Anyone know if the (Japan only, afaik) sequel to this was meant ...

I don't know if I should admit this, but I watched the whole of Sonic X series two (er, in French) and to be honest I thought it was... not entirely shit. I rather enjoyed it. That scene near the end where Tails was firing the cannon was surprisingly poignant! Some of it was pretty bizarre though. W...

I've had this for a while too. It's awesome. I would like to wipe 'Give Me Chaos' from my memory just so that I could relive the intense hilarity of hearing it for the first time. My favourite bit is when Sally slaps Robotnik and he bizarrely responds that he rather enjoyed it. Bestiality and BDSM, ...

Would it not be fairly cheap just to replace your Dreamcast? I've seen them for as little as £16 (that's about... $30?) in second hand shops. I've heard of this fault before, and I think it is just something to do with a dodgy motor, alas. And Light Speed, Lik Sang ( http://www.lik-sang.com/ ) wi...

1. Which Sonic design is your favorite? I guess the original Japanese design/anime version (is there much difference between the two?), but I'd like to see a kind of compromise between the SA Sonic and the original design. 2. Favorite Genny Sonic? Sonic 3 & Knuckles. 3. Favorite Genny Sonic levels?...

Sorry for the double post but I still can't get my Segasonic to work. I open the command prompt, direct it to my mame folder, tell it to open "mame sonic," it then attempts to load the neccassry file and finally tells me that I don't have them even though the Segasonic zip is in my roms folder. Sur...

It then proceeds to do some sort of check and tells me that I don't have these files which I know very well are where they are supposed to be. Please Help! I want to play Sega Sonic and various other arcade games. I cannae get it to work that way either. Try dragging the rom zip file (sonic.zip) in...

I actually cried trying to figure out that 'Tower of Illusion' puzzle in Shining the Holy Ark. Wait, which one was that? Was that the math puzzle? When the Gizmondo was first being shown off at industry events, it got a pretty good reaction from gamers. However, the marketing for this thing has been practically non-existent (apart from a few TV adverts that don't actually tell you what it is ) so I can't imagine it's selling terribly well. Fro...

I reckon some sort of Eggman/Wario platform game could be pretty decent. I mean, both characters are more evenly matched in terms of personalities and potential abilities, and what with them both being comedic bad guys you could get away with the game being a bit more wacky and tounge-in-cheek. Thin...

And of course, there was all that Sonic the Fighters footage in the Shadow trailer... You know, there's a brief shot of the Sonic the Fighters title screen that shows it has 'Arcade Mode' as an option. I never got the chance to play the game extensively, but wouldn't that imply the existence of a c...

A chap called Milton Knight designed the AoStH Robotnik, you can see his original model sheet on this page (scroll down a bit). Go on, look. It's really great.
