Hmmm, let me see which ones I can remember without looking them up... Amendment 3 was the archaic one in which people couldn't be forced to quarter soldiers. Amendment 8 had the thing about no cruel and unusual punishment in it. Amendment 9 says that rights not strictly mentioned in the constitution...

I voted for the third one, but after my vote I remembered the first time I played Sonic Advance 3 with Amy as the primary character and fell off a cliff.
