Re: There is a Sonic webcomic and it is ok
I guess the other question here is are those sprite-based comics being printed and sold? There's no doubt that as far as making these sorts of comics go, I think you can be pretty sure you're never going to get into trouble, but when you start selling it, that's when things start to get fishy. Ther...

Re: There is a Sonic webcomic and it is ok
Despite what their FAQ says, this is pretty dubious from a copyright perspective. But SEGA looks the other way on a lot of this kind of stuff, so it might not matter. Well, hopefully. Parody is a pretty wide definition in US and Australian law, but it's unpredictably applied. The truth of the matte...

GG!, didn't you get the impression that Sonic the Hedgehog 360\PS3 was the first Sonic game with some kind of definite soul and character to it in a way that's been missing since SA2 or so? I know it sounds airy-fairy, but even though the story was shitty it at least felt like they tried, and variou...

I think Popcorn is a very talented artist and I do like some of the stuff he does, but.. hmm. While his Sonic is a great image as is Neil's, I feel Popcorn's Sonic looks too angry and perhaps a little gangly in a way. Dark is right in saying Neil's one has a dull pose, but I think the cleaner lines ...

I don't mean to seem like a downer, but I thought that prank was somewhat lame. You did a good job at fooling a lot of people, but I don't really see the humour.. just a bunch of mildly dejected-feeling participants. It was like "Oh, cool!" and now it's just ".. Oh. Uh.. ha?" for me. A good prank is...

Huh? A Saturn emulator for Dreamcast lost relevance quite a while ago, so I'm wondering why you were wetting your pants over the mention if it. Which is good, cause from what I've heard, it's impossible or damn close to impossible. I heard it might be quite a bit easier on a Dreamcast....

What about Saturn emulation? How can Dreamcast emulation be further along than Saturn emulation?! Probably because the Saturn is really badly designed and the Dreamcast is comparably one of the best-organised console designs of the last decade or so. Emulating a console designed for developer...

Passable Dreamcast emulation now possible!
I'll be a whore and post this myself. (Sorry Blaze, etc :|) Surprising everyone (well, at least me) an alpha of the emulator "Chankast" just came out and it's really quite awesome. You can get it at http://www.chanka.org/ and some BIOS files can be downloaded <a href="http://users.bigpond.net.au/del...

It's not worth the effort. You need to set all this Japanese IME stuff that keeps dropping out because PSO isn't a properly supported app, it still crashes on alt-tab, and in general.. I mean.. come on. Isn't it just episode 2? Might as well keep playing the mostly-English original PSO PC. I just ca...
